à l'Institut royal des Sciences naturelles de Belgique (IRSNB)

  • Exposés

Les exposés auront une durée de 10 min, plus 5 min de discussion. Ils seront présentés en PowerPoint (support CD ou clé USB). Le comité organisateur pourrait suggérer, le cas échéant, de modifier un exposé en poster.

  • Posters

La taille maximale des posters est fixée à 100 x 150 cm (largeur x hauteur). Les posters peuvent être présenter en anglais ou français ou néerlandais.

  • Résumés

Les résumés parviendront au secrétariat du symposium (ou Isabelle Sauvage) au plus tard le 29 octobre 2010.

  • Langue

La langue officielle du symposium est l'anglais.

  • Publication des exposés

Les participants pourront publier leur communication dans le Bulletin. Dans ce cas, ils déposeront leur manuscrit le jour même du symposium, ou le feront parvenir à la SRBE au plus tard le 31 décembre 2010. Ces articles seront soumis aux conditions de l'édition du Bulletin. Pour les instructions aux auteurs, se référer à: Bulletin.

  • Prix du meilleur poster

Un jury attribuera un prix à l'auteur (aux auteurs) du poster présentant les plus grandes qualités scientifiques et didactiques.

  • Frais d'inscription

Le montant de la participation s'élève à 10 EUR pour les membres en règle de cotisation au 1er septembre 2010, et à 50 EUR pour les non-membres et les membres non en règle de cotisation au 1er septembre 2010. Les paiements se font par virement bancaire, au n° 000-0032918-35 (IBAN: BE 57 0000 0329 1835) (BIC: BPOTBEB1). Prière de mentionner "Symposium" en communication.

  • Restauration

Des sandwiches (compris dans l'inscription) seront proposés à midi.

  • Voordrachten

Een gewone voordracht duurt 10 min, plus 5 min voor vragen en discussie. De voordrachten worden gepresenteerd via PowerPoint (op CD of USB-Stick). Indien er meer voordrachten zijn aangevraagd dan mogelijk, kan het zijn dat de organisatie voorstelt een poster in plaats van een voordracht te houden.

  • Posters

De maximale grootte van een poster bedraagt 100 x 150 cm (B x H). Posters mogen in het Nederlands, Frans of het Engels gepresenteerd worden.

  • Abstract
De abstracts moeten het secretariaat van symposium (of Isabelle Sauvage) bereiken voor 29 oktober 2010.
  • Taal
De officiële taal van het symposium is het Engels.
  • Publicaties
Alle deelnemers kunnen de inhoud van hun voordracht/poster publiceren in de Bulletin. Indien dit het geval is kunnen de auteurs hun manuscript de dag van het symposium zelf afgeven aan de organisatie of hun manuscript doorsturen naar de KBVE voor 31 december 2010. Deze bijdragen dienen de normale voorwaarden voor het publiceren in dit tijdschrift te volgen. Instructies tot het publiceren in de Bulletin zijn te vinden op: Bulletin.
  • Prijs voor de beste poster
Een prijs voor de beste poster met grote wetenschappelijke en didactische waarde zal na beraadslagen van een jury worden uitgereikt.
  • Het inschrijvingsgeld bedraagt
Het inschrijvingsgeld bedraagt 10 EUR voor onze leden die hun lidgeld voor 2010 betaald hebben voor 1 september 2010, en 50 EUR voor niet leden van de KBVE en leden die hun lidgeld voor 2010 niet betaald hebben voor 1 september 2010. De betaling gebeurt via bankoverschrijving op n°: 000-0032918-35 (IBAN: BE 57 0000 0329 1835) (BIC: BPOTBEB1), met vermelding van inschrijving "Symposium".
  • Middagmaal

Tijdens de middagpauze worden er broodjes voorzien (inbegrepen in inschrijving).
